Plan Notes
Substitutions
Swap navy chinos for gray if navy is in the wash. A burgundy or forest green crewneck works in place of gray. Any clean white sneaker replaces any other — just keep them unscuffed.
Rest Day Rules
Sundays are intentionally unstructured. Wear what's comfortable — joggers, a hoodie, whatever. The point is recharging so Monday's outfit feels fresh. No guilt, no outfit photos.
Missed a Day?
Skip forward, don't backfill. If you missed Wednesday's outfit, just wear Thursday's on Thursday. The system is a guide, not a test. One missed day doesn't break the system — getting stuck does.
